- For large repositories, long histories and existing build processes

- 2FA, IP whitelisting and SVN access with username and PAT included
The Rescue Audit, test migration and custom integrations are paid services quoted by scope.
When Subversion remains business-critical
Established SVN environments need more than basic hosting
Long-running repositories may contain years of history, release states, binaries, external project areas and build processes that cannot be moved to Git at short notice. At the same time, older SVN servers are often operated without current documentation or dedicated in-house expertise.
We do not force a change to your development process. We create a documented, managed operating model for the Subversion infrastructure your teams still depend on.
Authentication and access protection
Included protection and customer-specific integrations are separated clearly.
| Capability | Classification | Details |
|---|---|---|
| 2FA | Included | Additional protection for interactive sign-ins. |
| IP whitelisting / restrictions | Included | Access can be limited to agreed IP ranges. |
| SVN client access | Included | Authentication uses a username and Personal Access Token (PAT). |
| LDAP | Optional activation | Can be activated when needed; a custom LDAP integration is chargeable. |
| Microsoft Entra ID | Paid integration | Optional integration adapted to the customer's organization and user structure. |

Daily backups with at least seven days of retention are included by default, and longer retention is optional. For repositories over 300 GB, usage, change volume and recovery requirements may make an individually agreed combination of mirroring and weekly backups more appropriate.
| Concept | Purpose | Typical use |
|---|---|---|
| Backup | Restore an earlier state | Historical recovery points |
| Snapshot | Capture a technical state at a point in time | Storage- or server-level recovery |
| Read-only mirror | Synchronize the current repository state | Large repositories and migration scenarios |
| Restore test | Verify that recovery works in practice | Risk reduction and operational confidence |
