Product backups you control
Almost all of our hosting products include a daily backup of your hosting data. Your data is encrypted, stored on external systems and only merged, decrypted and made available once you request a download.
- Includes SVN repositories, Redmine instances and web space data.
- Backups are stored externally, encrypted and guarded by German data protection.
- Decrypted archives are prepared automatically and handed to you on demand.

Download in three steps
Follow these steps inside the Customer Center to access the latest available backup archive.
- Log in via the Customer Center login and authenticate.
- Choose the product whose backup you want to retrieve.
- Open the product detail page and click the download link for the prepared archive.

Backups stay on dedicated infrastructure and are handed to you securely once you choose the download action.
