Customer Center
Access your SaaS product with your own domain
Use a domain alias to keep your hosted applications reachable at a branded URL without touching the infrastructure.
Configure the alias
Log in to the Customer Center, choose the product and open the domain alias area. Add a new alias by pointing your DNS CNAME to the SaaS-Secure hostname (productId.saas-secure.com) and start the provisioning job. Expect up to 24 hours for DNS to propagate.
- Create the CNAME record before submitting the form.
- Enter the hostname, click "Add Alias" and note the job number.
- Wait for propagation; the alias becomes available once the job succeeds.
After the alias is published it appears with other domains and becomes reachable.
Manage alias list
All added aliases display in the product table. Use "Add Alias" to keep bringing new hostnames onboard while you track their status.
Each entry shows success or error so you can react promptly to DNS issues.
SSL & certificates
Custom domains show a browser warning with the default certificate. Upload your own TLS certificate to eliminate warnings and keep traffic encrypted.
