Access your SaaS Product with your own domain

With a domain alias you can access your product with your own domain. All you have to do is create a cname record in your name server. If the record exists and you have it stored as an alias domain for your product, it may take up to 24 hours to get their product on the alias domain is attainable!

First you need to be logged in at customer center.
From the Dashboard you select the product you will use your own domain.

On the page of the product details in the area domain alias, all already available domain aliases are listed.
With the Add Alias ​​button, another domain alias can be added.

Enter in the text box, enter the desired domain name. This can be any name, important is that you have created in your name server to this domain a corresponding cname record.
A click on the start button checks the input and returns on success a job number.
From that point on, it can take up to 24 hours for the domain work as expected. So, be patient!

Use appropriate SSL certificate

Once the domain alias is set up and your SaaS application is reachable through it, you can also use SSL again to securely exchange data with the application.
