Manager overviews

Workload & project health

Two compact overviews help managers find attention points without opaque scores or automatic decisions.

Team workload

Assigned work is grouped by user with counts for open, overdue, due today, stale, and high-priority issues. Filters cover project, user status, and optional closed issues.

Open and filter team workload

  1. Enable the UX Toolkit module in the project and grant View team workload.
  2. Open Team workload from the project menu. Administrators may also use the global administration entry.
  3. Filter by project or user status and decide whether closed issues should be included.
  4. Use the grouped counts to identify overloaded assignees, overdue work, work due today, stale tickets, and high-priority tickets.

Counts are calculated from issues visible in the selected scope. An unassigned issue is not attributed to a user, and changing a count requires changing the underlying issue rather than editing the overview.

Project health

Projects are summarized by open, overdue, due-today, unassigned, stale, open-checklist, and open-subtask counts. Non-zero values link to normal issue lists where practical.

Review project health

  1. Enable the UX Toolkit module and grant View project health.
  2. Open the project-scoped health page from its project menu, or use the global Projects-page entry to compare enabled projects.
  3. Select a non-zero metric to open the underlying normal Redmine issue list when a direct filter is available.
  4. Resolve the source issues, then reload the overview to recalculate the summary.

The global overview includes only projects where the UX Toolkit module is enabled. Checklist and subtask metrics show counts only and do not expose private item subjects or child-issue titles.

Enable the UX Toolkit project module and grant View team workload or View project health to the appropriate roles.
